Chronic-fatigue, boredom, and binging advice?

I'm not sure what is going on in my head, but I always need some type of stimulus! Often times I do many tasks at once like watching a movie, texting, and playing a game on my tablet all at the same time. Even with two jobs, I am still bored! This leads me to eat ALL the time. I'm not sure how to prevent it. I engage in activities to pass time (exercise, yoga, reading, dance, photoshop editing, ect...), but they never last until my next meal. I also keep unhealthy items out the house, but I will snack on anything. The need to always do something is so tiring too, which does not help with my willpower. Does anyone have any advice? I've recently come out of keto and IF to start a balanced diet.

Intermittent fasting can be a good framework for you - there is a time to eat, and the rest of the time is for other activities. Try 3 or 4 meals per day at set times (you set the times based on natural breaks in your day, and then you stick to it). Compose balanced meals you really look forward to - this can help with overeating, boredom and fatigue. Try to schedule your other activities too, instead of just doing them to pass time.
