Does anyone know of a place that will calculate the total calories in a dish if I input the ingredients, and then tell you how many calories are in a portion size? Not calories of a prepared food, but if I make a casserole or one dish meal from scratch, where I can enter the ingredients and it will give me a total?

You can do that with MFP, just go in the recipe tab and enter your ingredients and servings, it will calculate it all for you :flowerforyou:

^^^ THIS ^^^ I use it all the time. It works great. Only issue sometimes is converting grams to teaspoons aor cups or ounces or some such things. Keep a google conversion tool up for those things and you;ll be fine.
