28th October 2015 I entered a gym for the first time in my 57 years weighing 14 stone, feeling old and a bit desperate. Was introduced to a PT who scared the life out of me initially but who eased me into gym life, gave me excellent advice, convinced me that I needed to eat more, and taught me so much more.
Two years on I weigh 9st, have reduced from a uk dress size 20 to an 8/10 , am loving my three times per week visits to the gym, no longer feel old, the aches and pains I had have disappeared even the chronic heartburn I used to suffer from, my confidence has soared and am thoroughly enjoying life again.
