Is 30 minutes 3 times a week good enough to lose body fat ? If there food intake is decent?

Cardio just burns more calories than no cardio. In the end it's whether you are in deficit long term or not. To answer your question I had my fastest loss of fat & weight when I was running each weekday and doing a long run on the weekend. I was getting 25 to 30 miles in and the weight melted off. Now I have been struggling to get 15 miles in each week and have put on twenty pounds.1
