Which one is best for fast results

Whichever one helps you sustain a calorie deficit. Although fast results aren't necessarily the best thing to aim for.10

All 3 plans depend on calorie deficit for weight loss. You can create your own weight loss "plan" by measuring & logging portions here on MFP.....that's what the site is designed for. You learn portions and calorie values.....make educated food choices. This is called calories in vs. calories out.
Slim Fast - meal replacement, no measuring, no bother....NO EDUCATION either. Weight loss is step 1. Without learning anything how are you going to keep the weight off?
Slimming World & WW are similar plans, although I don't know much about the former. WW keeps changing it's "plan" every few years. Now with WW, calories aren't equal. Certain foods are given punitive point values....."Shame on you for choosing chocolate" kind of thing.
Users here learn that they can even eat chocolate....in moderation.

none. Calorie deficit.4

Liquid diets are generally the fastest, I believe. However, they also have very bad rates of compliance and most people regain the weight and then some after switching back to solid food.6

Amputation always wins. What's most effective - have you tried something called "my fitness pal"?12

None of the above.1

You mean calorie deficit, calorie deficit, or calorie deficit? They all will work if you stick to their calorie deficit.
I am seeing great results using slim fast coupled with a gum graft...it's amazing how much weight you lose when you literally can't eat solids due to oral surgery4 -
@spiffychick85 I get my wisdom teeth out this friday...I have 2 boxes of slimfasts ready! I actually like the taste of them, so I’m kind of not minding it0

A good online weight loss calculator + a $15 digital food scale from wally world + a little bit o' cardio every day + accurately measuring and logging your calories and exercise/calories burned (as best you can) = $15.
If you're a food junkie, add keto to the list to make it easier to keep from overeating. Need some exercises? bodybuilding.com and Youtube.com. Not a fan of cooking? Pick 1-2 days a week and cook for the week. That's the way I would go.1 -
It has more to do with which on you will actually stick with than which one is "better."1
