Weight Loss Journey: Currently 208 lbs --> Goal 111

Hi! My name is Channa! I'm 22 years old and I'm ready to get fit! If anyone has any advice, I'm welcome to hearing it! I'm not only trying to lose weight, but I'm also trying to find a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that works for me. I'm into learning more about juicing, low-calorie snacks, how to kick hunger cravings, and strength training advice. My workout plan includes cardio + strength training while also using a sweat belt + protein shakes after. My goal weight may seem pretty low but keep in mind that I'm only 5 ft tall!! Lol.
