Is there a way to edit sodium/fat/carbs and so on on MFP

Is there a way you can edit these counts to what you want to consume a day? For instance I do not want to consume 2500 mg of sodium, I want to edit the number to something less. Is this something we can do in a setting change somewhere?

Yes! Go to My Home, Goals, then "change goals", then "custom goals". Don't let it do the calculations for you, you can put in the percent fat/carb/protein or sodium, etc. that you want. Good Luck!0
