I want to lose some weight on my leg, thighs, and hips. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what exercises are the best for those areas. Thank you in advance!

    Calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. Spot reducing is a myth.

    Calorie deficit.

    Bit of cardio, bit of resistance/strength training.

    You do know you can't exercise fat?

    So are you asking what exercises are best for the muscles in those areas? If you are then knowing your fitness goals would help.

    all that sounds like you'd get good information if you googled 'lower body strength' - but as people say working those muscles won't necessarily remove teh fat that's covering them.

    Squats will help tighten the are which will give the appearance that you have lost. But you won't lose the fat. That comes from diet.
