Motivation Group Search!

Hey everyone! I’m Rylee, and I’ve been using MyFitnessPal on and off for quite some time now! One of my biggest difficulties is staying motivated throughout the day- I’ll wake up with a great mindset but by 9pm I’m snacking on chips and saying “It’s okay, tomorrow with be better”.
My idea is that maybe a group of us could reach out to each other and start communicating daily about our goals and mini accomplishments! If this is something you’d be interested in, let me know. It would be really cool to get a little group chat going! :-)

You can add me. I was looking for the same thing. I'm doing intermittent fasting. I would go to work then work out then eat. Ive read fasting works better when working out early.
I changed this today! I feel energized.
I'll start eating this evening. Probably Chipotle lol.
If you have issues with snacking, find healthier snacks. Prep food the day before.0 -
