Hi! I'm Ashley. This is my first official day on here and it seems hard in that I have a hard time eating this many calories on a regular basis. I am a binge eater. Hopefully this helps. I hope you guys are all having successful days!

While you may feel overwhelmed right now, just take it one step at a time.
Eat one good meal at a time. Drink more eater and log everything you eat.
Just start small and take it from there.0 -
