Back at it! Help!!

When I was 16 I dropped from my then highest weight of 238 to just under 185. I felt great and maintained until I was 18 and started college. I started eating crap on the run, met my husband, and it’s been downhill from there. I now weigh in at 293 at 20 years old and need to get back at it. I don’t even remember how I lost all the weight in the first place, what I ate, what motivated me, what I did for exercise. I am starting completely over. Looking for help, motivation, friends... and everything in between.
