My first mini goal is complete. I made it the entire month and logged ALL my food. I didn’t deprive myself of anything; if I craved it I ate it and then logged it. I did find that as the month went on that I would check the calories and fat of my usual staples at the local fast food joints, and then made smarter choices when I did eat out. I have found some great new recipes to try for my second month and very excited to try them out.
I have really enjoyed this site. The exercise tips, recipes and the amazing success stories. The gym membership starts tomorrow and one day soon, that success story will be ME.
