not so boring flat bread

hi,

i made my first 2 ingredient flat bread today and i was quite suprised at how great it was.

any ideas on pimping it up other than adding hers.

    I saw a recipe yesterday for a rainbow flatbread. It had a bunch of roasted veggies, then some raw veggies and feta cheese and hummus, it worked out to be relatively low calories

    I made some gluten free flat beads to serve along with my salmon chowder last Friday. The first I spread with fig jam and topped with dollops of goat cheese and baked. The second I rubbed with garlic and EVOO and baked with proscuitto and goat cheese. I served them both topped with fresh arugula tossed in a light vinaigrette. They were soo delicious!
