Who has a non-weight related fitness goal?

I want an FTP of 300+ watts.1

A PR at my next marathon.1

Tail end of the cycling season for me:
- Trying to get my power to weight ratio up to 3 watts per kilo in a 20 minute test, latest PR was 2.86 w/kg
- Aiming to get a PR in a 3 minute MMP test
- Aiming to PR my FTP in a full hour test
Start of the strength training season for me:- Going to resume my attempts to bench bodyweight x 1.5 for the third consecutive year. (It's starting to really bug me!)

1100 combined on competition lifts by end of May. At 1012 now so it’s going to be a hard but think possible.2
