Hellooo! I'm in need of some motivation:D
Am 5ft 10 and currently weigh just above 13 stone. I have a gym membership and go 3 to 4 times a week however I'm running out of excersizes to do and am struggling with the nutrition part of everything as it's just easier to under eat :( if anyone could help that would be really cool

    Hello @Jacket696969 I use a program called Jefit to track my exercises. It has a lot of routines built into it or you can make your own. Might be a nice program to get if you are getting stale on exercises. Or I am sure there are others out there also

    Yes and they have a website, real easy to navigate and set up.
