After my first month on MFP I ran my reports and analyzed my food diary & I noticed how many calories I was spending on cheese. It seemed like such a waste when honestly I could hardly taste it with many of the foods I was eating. I've cut way back & save it for things I can really taste it on, like feta on a salad. The 2-300 calories, fat & sodium I was adding on daily with cheese are better spent on more nutritious foods IMHO. I'll save cheese for a splurge.0
