Favorite workouts?

I mean obviously I enjoy my recreational workouts like diving and skateboarding but at the gym I love shoulders and legs! I also love yoga and teach it daily!

I use Whitney Simmons Youtube workouts and they have helped me become comfortable and familiar with free weights, cables, and the smith machine. :]

Who is you're favourite workout by? do you use a workout program or youtube page? Tell me! Id love new workouts :]
