Question about weight loss and ending up saggy? Lol

Ok so I had a baby in February and I dropped the baby weight quickly. I ended up gaining it back and was eating like *kitten*. I have since buckled down and have been eating a high protein diet and the weight has been coming off quicker than it should most likely I've been weighing myself daily and I'm losing about half a pound to a pound a day. I'm worried I'm going to and up saggy in like my gut area and I'm trying to avoid that. I also am a dog walker so I am walking about 5 hours a day. That's the only excerise I am doing at the moment. Any helpful suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Regarding the "sagginess" question, some of us do, some of us don't no matter how quickly/slowly we lose. I lost a lot of weight after my first baby at age 19 and was left with so much skin you couldn't (and can't) see my bellybutton. Everything hangs down. Just the luck of the draw; my best friend gained significantly more than I did during her first pregnancy at nine years older than I, and has not a single stretch mark, much less sagging skin. Her nutrition was and is garbage and she smokes like a chimney.

Some of it just comes down to us, our own skin, and our genetics.

But I mean...would you rather have extra skin that nobody can see because it's under your clothes, or be very overweight? I know which I'd chose (and have chosen). Look at my pic...you don't see mounds of wrinkly sags there...because there are clothes over it. :D And I'm not actively pursuing that lucrative career as a bikini model, so...

(Plus, p.s....I've never had a boyfriend or my husband complain. ;) )

Bottom line, of course, is that I feel a metric azz-ton better at 60 lbs. lighter, sharpei skin or taut bikini-chick skin.

I won't comment on the rest as other people already have. I'm just going to assume your time frame was a typo.

Your skin will not become any looser than it is now. But, you'll likely have less fat filling it out.

Well, she didn't say she was worried she'd have more loose skin or any more skin than previously. She said she's afraid what she does have may sag...presumably once there's less fat in it. :)

Sagginess is a bummer, but mostly out of your control, and not worth worrying about. I was worried about it at first, but soon realized that it made zero difference in what I hoped to accomplish as far as weight and health.

I have a lot of concerns for you I've outlined in bold. If you just had a baby, and if you're possibly breastfeeding you need to be eating more calories. Since you have a very active job please list that on MyFitnessPal change your self to highly active, and eat the calories suggested by myfiitnsspal.

You're losing a lot of weight fast, and if you continue you will end up with a more saggy body than trying to lose weight in a slow healthy pace.
One of the factors that can lead to loose saggy skin is losing weight rapidly, others exist as well, but I know that's one of them. Good luck!

Thanks. I should update that, and I know I need to eat more and lose less but I went from eating McDonald's literally everyday to lean proteins and much healthier options and it's like falling off. I am meeting a personal trainer tomorrow to hopefully help with a better diet and exercise plan.

Meeting with a personal trainer is a great plan! I lost over 100 lbs this year from January to September ( 8 months and 4 days to be exact). Yes... I have some loose skin, but nothing like I had imagined. I KNOW a big reason why it is not horrible for me with losing so much weight and rather quickly was because I incorporated Strength Training into my routine. It makes a world of difference!
