New to myfitnesspal :)

Hi :) started the myfitnesspal app two weeks ago, still figuring everything out and learning to use it to its best. Learning how to eat better, and add my calories in correctly and read food labels.
My doctor really wants me to lose weight, wanted to put me on meds for pre diabetes to help with weight loss. But I asked If I could try one more time to do it on my own with diet and exercise.
So here I am :) I love to cook and bake and this has been a total life style change for me, shopping for groceries differently. and the Holidays are coming too ugh LOL.
Well,here starts to a healthier life style :)
