Are you being 100% accurate and weighting all the foods you eat? Sometimes we can underestimate how many calories are in the food or the serve we're about to eat and so we don't lose. I'd suggest getting a food scale and measuring everything.

Have you been diagnosed with anything wrong with your thyroid? If so, maybe you need to go talk to your endocrinologist again and sort out the medications.

If not, you should probably go see your local GP and have some bloods done.

Only eat about 50 grams of carbs per day! .7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight! Don't worry about fat grams!

First, make sure your logging is as accurate as possible (i.e. everything is logged, weighed on a food scale, etc.). Second, are you hormone levels being controlled by the medication you’re on? You may have to speak to your doctor and adjust them.

Unless for health reasons, macro breakdowns are a personal preference. I would be hangry only eating 50 grams of carbs a day.

I am Hypo and still lose weight without watching carbs. When was the last time you went to the endocrinologist and had your levels tested? If make sure you are on the correct levels of meds. Then just make sure you are logging correctly.
