Negative adjustments will take away calories from your myfitnesspal calorie goal to make your fitbit calorie goal (or closer) on days that you are less active. When you become more active, calories (positive) will be added to your eating allowance.

I clicked the button for negative count...but i look at my fitbit and it has me at ~2100 cal. for the day....that way to high, So do I change my daily calories in MFP too

I don't believe you need to change your MFP calories. Why is 2100 calories too high? Your calorie goal will depend on your stats, goals and exercise habits.

Are your accounts linked? Are exercise calories showing up below your food log on MFP?

They are synced, I am not logging any exercise, today it did deduct exercise calories, I don't understand it, but hoping I will eventually get the jest of it!
    Thanks for your help

In MFP if you click on the fitbit adjusted calories and it still has a time next to it then it hasnt finished adjusting for the day. It usually takes a day or so for mine to adjust to the actual number of calories I used.
The large number is an estimate given how much activity you have done that day, it is always high on mine, so relax and give it a couple of days, then go back in your MFP diary and check, it should have readjusted properly.
