    Lately I've been liking:

    Lentils, pasta, and tomato sauce with a bit of cashew cream

    Black bean soup

    Red beans and rice

    Coffee with almond milk and protein powder

    I don't eat "high protein meals".

    The whole "high protein" thing is a myth created to sell you protein supplements. It's big business.

    Following the MFP macro guidelines will give you all the protein you need.

    However, if you are doing the keto thing then you are eating lots of protein so perhaps that is the basis of your question. I don't do keto.

    My protein sources are eggs, meat, rice/beans, fish, peanut butter, milk, cheese, oatmeal.

    My favorite "high protein" breakfast is Greek yogurt, a serving of peanut butter powder and granola. Anywhere from 20-30 g of protein, which I have found is the macro that is key to my satiety.
    High protein lunch - a can of tuna or chicken in a garden salad

    For a meal, I'd say anything with chicken or fish (salad, with veggies, rice, tacos, noodles etc) canned tuna or salmon, omelette (2whole eggs and lots of egg white) with cottage cheese on the side.

    Lately I've enjoyed a Curry Tiger Burrito and cottage cheese. Kind of a high sodium meal, but I drink a lot of water so I don't care a lot.
