New to MFP

Hello, my name is Kathleen & this is my first time with MFP. I just started using it yesterday & already love it. I have always been overweight & have watched my Mom count calories. I never thought I would find myself doing that again but with the help of my nutritionist, here I go again. The best thing about it this time is accountability. I see her in 3 weeks & I am expected to have followed the plan she has laid out & to at least lose a few pounds. I am excited to see how much weight I will have lost by then. Would love to meet new people & eventually make new friends.
