Weight loss plateau

Hi! I'm new to the forum and looking for some advice.
I seem to of hit a bit of a weight loss plateau. Since May I have lost 1 1/2 stone through walking a bit more and generally eating healthier (more fruit and veg and less crisps and chocolate).
I have been eating between 1300 and 1400 calories a day and previously this has worked well, but in the last month I haven't lost any weight.
Any ideas?

How are you measuring your calorie intake? Are you weighing all solids and using measuring spoons/cups for liquids?0
