Hi everyone.. Just joined 3 days ago when stumbling upon this while fiddling my Garmin Connect app.. Glad these 2 apps can complement each other, nutrition with exercise.. Hoping for your inputs & advice in order to achieve my goals in staying in shape, fit & healthy .. :-)
