How to lose 0.3lbs in a day?

I want to celebrate and brag about being healthy weight and meeting my goal! But today I weighed in just 0.3lbs overweight! I'm so frustratingly close! How can I reach my goal today so I can celebrate? Ideas?

0.3 pounds overweight in the grand scheme of things is really nothing. Congrats on your weight loss, and you can still brag about your weight loss. Don't pressure yourself over the 0.3 pounds, and still celebrate your weight loss. It'll come off soon with calorie counting, and tracking.1

Well your .3 lbs is probably normal water weight fluctuation or food waste you need to pass not fat so just wait and don't get so hung up on a precise number.
