Eat food. A little less than I need if I want to lose weight. No rules other than a calorie deficit.4

I don't like things to be complicated.
Eat the foods you like within your calorie and nutrition goals. You are far more likely to succeed and continue a healthy lifestyle if you don't torture yourself with rules and forbidden foods.2 -
I spend one day every two weeks preparing batch meals, but occasionally a day of grazing (within calorie requirements) is ok too.2

Elaboration please
IIFYM is eating whatever you want as long as you stick to a preset range of calories and macros. You can set that range yourself.
Meal plans can be as detailed or simple as you like/need, and as strict or flexible as you like/need. You can make it yourself, or pick one from Google or a book, or pay a dietician to make it. What really matters is that you follow the plan. It's not hard to create a plan with an appropriate amount of calories for weightloss and macros for good health. What's difficult, is to follow it - if it's not a plan that is made to suit your lifestyle, preferences etc. The one person in the world who is best to qualified to create a meal plan for you, is you.3 -
food is food, particles of light at the basic levels, like everything in creation. So we can enjoy food assuming we give to the body what it needs. If we overeat then we have something to look at, why do we do what we do when we do it? and if we are open enough to receive the informations we can have a two way communication with the body so that everything can start to flow again, we enjoy the food, the body gets lighter, we enjoy the communication and most importantly the rejuvenation, because it is possible and available when we start playing with our most expanded states, raising the frequency in mega hertz over time in hyper drive.
