Hi everyone. Newbie here who has just joined a gym and had my initial session with a trainer. He is putting together a program for me and I was wondering if there is a good app out there that I could use to enter the program into and keep track of workouts. I find I do better with things when I track them, so want to try to track workouts too. It will be mostly functional exercises and not a lot of weights to start with.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could try a small notebook and pen or pencil. I have thought about it cause at times I forget how much weight I used on some of my exercises and machines. i just hate carrying around stuff when I am at the gym. Water bottle and sweat cloth is all I use.1

Thanks @me0231 I’ll check it out. And I did take paper and pen @pogiguy05 , but you are right in that it is too much stuff to carry around.0
