Need a way to track and motivate myself for strength exercises

Not sure which message board this fit on, but I'm looking for an app that tracks streaks of daily habits. For example, I have a goal to do a plank hold every morning. I want to do one of those calendar X-outs apps or habit trackers. I've done a paper calendar before, but I'd ideally like an app that could connect to this one. What do you do to track those kinds of workouts and keep your motivated to keep going? Thanks!
