I have lost weight with 80% nutrition and 20% exercise!

After my third child I had a whole lot of pounds left over in my body! my baby was 15 months and I still looked like I was 6 months pregnant!
Depression hit me! I lost hope! I looked horrible!
and then...I approached my friend a provider in Stanford hospital in California. I followed her for a while On Facebook and noticed her difference. She introduced me to an awesome dense nutrition that I use to replace one meal a day. Lost 16lbs in 2 months! now that I have all the energy I do 80% nutrition and 20%exercise. and I feel great and love the results.
Shakes burn fat and build muscle- so my change is even better visible than what the scale shows!
Now I look better than what I did before the first child!
Flat tummy, healthy heart and happy mind!
