Back again!!

Well, I'm back! I totally lost my focus some months back (8 to be exact). Since that time I have put on 10 pounds plus I needed to lose 20 at that point. So here I am starting all over again....30 pounds to go, at a minimum, though 40 would be ideal according to charts & my doctor.

I have found tht using this sight really helps. If I stop making a point to log, I lose focus and then totally get off my regiment of eating right & moving more. Please support me in my effort to get back & keep on track!!

    Good Luck, I know how it feels to lose track! I am new to this site and I am hoping it helps motivate me! Hopefully it works for both of us!
