New to Fitnesspal

Hello everyone! I am going to try Fitnesspal and see if I can get 20 pounds off. I am trying to get my self in the right mind set. I am 59 years old and in good health, but have some issues with my knees so if anyone can recommend any excercise that I can do I would be glad to here from you.

    My husband has knees problems too. Too much hockey just destroyed them. He cannot do high impact exercises but can lift weights ( with some adjustments) swimming and walking.
