Shrimp salad wrap w mango peach salsa
I just made this for myself and thought ild share. Its quick, easy and delicious for hot summer day!
3oz frozen shrimp dethawed and cut into chunks
1/4 cucumber peeled and cubed
1/8 red bell pepper cubed
1/4 avocado cubed
cilantro chopped
2 lime wedges
mrs dash
1/4 cup hearts of romaine
2 tbsp mango peach salsa
1 whole wheat tortilla
mix first 7 ingredients in bowl. on your wrap place romaine,then shrimp salad and top w salsa . Wrap it up and enjoy!
cal 344 10g of good fat carbs 35
of course you can do it w/out either the wrap or avocado 2 reduce the numbers even more but i need all i can get 2day after my work out.
