Hey everyone,
I'm trying to get into a proper leg roytine at the gym and this is what I have come up with. Any advice?
Leg press
Hamstring curl
Leg extension
Hip abductors
Barbell curtsey lunge
Dumbbell forward lunge
Deadlift
P.s. I'm still working on squats as I havent gotten the technique right.

Yep this. Don't make your own routine if you are just starting out.1 -
That makes sense! I should have probably checked that out first. Thank you0

Barbell back squats! Never fails. If you’ve never did it before, have someone teach you the proper technique. It’s always safer to start with body squats for beginners.0

That's a solid list of exercises, just make sure you are putting your effort into the bigger/main lifts - deadlift, leg press, lunges. There's nothing wrong with extensions and curls and ab/aductions, but the payoff is less than the other lifts you have on your list.
I would add some type of squat (front, back, pistol, etc). The leg press gives similar benefits, but a squat is a much more well-rounded movement.1 -
