Getting started again

I started My fitness Pal again at the end of October. I was on Weight watchers and couldn't keep up with my points on a daily basis. I have used my fitness pal for a couple of years but never really focused.
I only need to lose 25 pounds and it seems really hard. My problem is snacking at night. one snack after another with a glass or two of wine lol. That's my where I consume the most calories. If anyone has any advice or tips please share.
Also I am open to adding friends that can motivate and help.

    I offer mutual support, yes evening snacking is an issue for may but if you factor them in your daily allowance you can still have the treats. Good luck and stick with it
