Ok! I'm sick of starting over every day. Anyone want to be my friend and support each other. I know what I need to do but something derails it every day. Ugh! Need to lose this weight. I'm 5'8", 221lbs, want to get to 160 (maybe 150).

    Hi! I sent a request!
  • I’m 5’ 8” as well and the most I’ve ever weighed was 230. Over the years, I’ve lost a total of 58 pounds, a good chunk being lost in 2016-17. My goal is 150lbs and I know it’s possible! I believe you have the strength to do this as well. Happiness, confidence, badassery.... it’s ours.

Some days are tougher than others - I have my highs and lows too... It can be hard, especially when you go off track. But persevere... the results will come! Celebrate the small wins!! Sometimes, when I have been having a tough time, I pick one thing to focus on (for me it's usually fiber which helps kill the cravings and end the "carb-hangover"). A few days of winning at doing the thing I'm focused on and I can get myself back on the wagon and back to moving forward.

My high weight was 236, I'm just teetering on 180, haven't been in the 170s in 10 years! My goal is somewhere between 140 and 150, but I'll have to re-assess, the last time I was at that weight I was in high school (16 years ago). Feel free to add me, I'll be happy to provide encouragement and support on this journey!

Hi there. I’ve been between 160-180 pretty much my whole adult life and that’s always been good for me. Even after my second child I lost all the weight and got back to 175. We’ve been trying to conceive again, ending in multiple miscarriages, and every time that happens I gain about 10lbs. I’m now up to 221. Started at 227 last week. Just 3 lbs from the heaviest I’ve ever been (230lbs right when I had my second child). Oh btw I’m only 5’4. Started yoga and doing Thrive again and it’s been going good so far. I’d love some friends to talk *kitten* with lol. I’ve been pretty much alone since moving 1000 miles away from home two years ago. So anyone who wants to vent or bs, message me!

Hello. I am 5’2 120 lbs, working on the infamous recomp. I had a baby in March of this year and have successfully reached my weight goal again. I would love to help motivate each other to stay on track and go for our goals. Add me if you like!
