Weight loss has slowed down

Hey
So far on my weight loss journey I have lost 29lbs but I still have 16lbs left to shift in order to be considered a healthy weight for my height.
Up until recently I’ve been dropping on average around 2lbs a week which I was pleased with but it has now slowed down and I’m lucky to be dropping even 1lb a week.
I’m logging all my calories accurately and getting regular exercise, is there anything else I can do to ‘speed things up’ again?
Thanks!

nope, you don't have enough weight to lose to be hitting 2lb per week.

1lb per week is a healthy rate, and expect to reduce that to 0.5lb with your last 5-10lbs.

    That^^

Change your goal to 1 lb/week. Here is the general guideline based on % of total weight loss needed and a moderate (20%) deficit:

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

Same here. Don't let it bug you. I was losing 1.5 to 2 pounds a week for the first two months, then it slowed. In fact, I adjusted my MFP goals to lose 1 pound a week. I found it helpful to slow it down, actually. Two pounds a week was too aggressive and I started losing hair, despite eating healthier foods. I've lost 30 pounds.

    Congratulations on your success!
