Hi all! Been using MFP since October 19th. SW was 157.8 and was 148.8 on Friday. Ultimate GW is 135-140. For some reason the past two weeks, my weight will bounce back up to 151 over the weekend and then come back down to 148-149 by Wednesday. I think I’m just giving myself too much leeway on weekends because I’m so busy (I’m charting everything tho). My daily limit is 1900 cal for 1/2lb per week and I’ve been able to keep it under 1600 all week except for weekends which run more like 1700-2100. Mom to 8 young kids. Exercising 5 days/week.

I think you may have answered your own question there. I'm a mom too - I definitely give myself too much leeway on the weekends. It's not necessarily that we eat too much - but the rapid change up and then back down by 2-3 lbs you're talking about might mean not enough water, or weekend foods that are higher in salt or carbs than your week day norms? This would lead to water retention.
