Shred: Leveling Up

I am 12 days into the 30 day Shred. I started with 3 lb. weights, and on Day 7 I moved up to 5 lb. weights. I easily get through the ab and cardio circuits, sometimes even doing more "high impact" than what she's doing. Some of the strength (especially the second set of push ups and the anterior raise/side lunge) can be tough to power through (but I always do). My question is, when did you all level up? Would it be worth it to go to Level 2 and back off to 3 lb. weights?!? I think I need a little more of a challenge.

I did 9 days on level 1 and then 10 days on each of the other two levels. I used 5 lb weights the whole time because that was all I had.0

It's recommended to move up every 10 days, but it's ultimately up to you. It sounds like you would benefit from Level 2. It's pretty intense and I find it the hardest of the 3 levels. You can back down to lighter weights if you want, at least until you decide if you want 5 lbs with Level 2. I used a mix of 2 and 5 lb weights on that level.0
