Started at 238lbs and now I’m 193.8

I started my journey April 4th and I’ve been working very hard at changing my diet and exercising everyday and with that I’m now down 44 pounds and feeling so much better and no longer feeling tired during the day have lots of energy during the day now. I exercise almost 2 hours 5 days a week and rest on the weekend. I have great support at home as well. Please feel free to add me
