Hey there! I was just wondering when I will begin to see results from my weight loss. I have lost 7 pounds so far, and I can't wait to keep going. I'm 5'6, by the way. When did you begin to see results from your weight loss? Thanks so much!:)

I don't think anyone can tell you when you'll see results, it's different for everyone. I noticed after a stone when my jeans weren't tight anymore. Don't worry it'll happen, just stick with it.
