My names Kendra and have been struggling for months to loose weight. My goal is to loose 40lbs. Not giving myself a time frame. Don’t want to put to much pressure but ideally it would be by March. Wish me luck!

    I think that’s a rather harsh way to put it. Everyone needs motivation.

    Motivation is generally overrated. What do you mean by "harsh"?
