I have been using this app a few times over the last year. Each time it has helped me keep healthy for a few weeks, this time around I want to succeed in staying healthy for a much longer duration. My problem is my social life which always involves beer, wings, nacho's and every type of unhealthy food you can imagine. I am very active at times, hitting the gym three days a week, playing hockey, kayaking and snowboarding but you can't outrun a bad diet. I have gone from a fit 205lb man at 6'2" to a unhealthy 242lb man in a matter of three months!!! OMG how did that happen? So here is to reducing my calories, improving my fitness levels which will improve my ability to enjoy the activities I love and feel great in my own clothes

When I socialize, eat junk, and have a few drinks, I cut calories for several days after to compensate-I'm sure I'm much older than you so don't do this as frequently, and I mostly eat a super healthy whole food diet most of the time- But I need the splurges here and there or I'll go insane. Remaining active will give you more wiggle room- but yeah, it can be hard to socialize with all that stuff around. Guess you need to decide what you want more- to lose the weight or eat/drink and be a merry chubby. Best of luck to you!0
