Hello everyone my name is JOHN and I love this app so far, after my car accident in February I gained almost 30lbs and just had neck surgery and can't stand the sight of myself in the mirror so I here to change ,lose weight and become a better stronger version of my previous self

    Hi.
    I gained weight after my accident (t3) the diary helps me to keep track of what goes in.
