Getting back on track

I’ve been down this road before and had lost 53 pounds. I slowly let old habits creep back in and gained 30 of it back. I’m hitting the breaks and doing a 180. Time to get back on the right track!

There is no right track, just a series of more or less smart decisions over time. Consider if a 180 is going to be something you can stick to, or if you rather want to keep your old habits. Compromises can seem so dull, but they are often necessary.

I lost 72 and gained back 30. It's tough to face. I got "back on track" 3 times to lose that 30. This is the most recent time and I've made the most progress. Since the first 10 lbs is the easiest, I kept getting complacent.

Don't go extreme and burn out. Look at the timeline it took you to lose the last time, especially the last 30.
