I am 5'3" and my starting weight was around 65 kg and I am now down to 59.1 kg. This took me roughly a little over a month so I'm pretty impressed with my results. It's nothing stellar, I know but I feel great about myself. I have 38.8 kg of muscle and 29.3% body fat My BMI is currently 23.3. I'm very happy with my progress as of now. The trainers told me that my current fat:muscle percentage is really good ^_^ I would upload a picture of the results but it's all in Korean and I don't want to confuse everyone. Good luck to all the others who are on their weight loss journey too!

I think it's pretty good for a month of work! Anything more than 10 pounds in a month is hard work -- provided you aren't starving yourself and are learning good habits.
How did you do it? Just diet and exercise? Aerobics? Weights?0
