Last Saturday I was 186. Today 191.5. I definitely didn’t eat enough to gain 6 pounds in a week, but each day it went up not down so would water weight/ bowls do that for an entire week?0

Not to side track the weight loss overnight thread, but as a dad of 3, I can sympathize with the part about trying to fit your workouts in around your kids. I had/have the same challenges. I woke up at around 5:00AM every day that I wanted to workout so I could be up, done with my workout while the kids (and wife) slept, and then be available to help get everyone ready in the morning, including me. It was either early in the AM before everyone woke up or very late at night after they all went to bed. I had to stop going to the gym, but I had a decent little set up at home that worked just as well.
Just wanted to offer some advice if you were still having trouble finding time.0
