I have broken up with my life long companion 'I give up" and have returned to portion control and regular exercise. I did lose about 40 pounds, but man! does that come back fast when you eat like it's your last meal...oddly enough, it wasn't ever my last meal. Anyways...figure the diet and exercise will help with the SAD too. Oh...and I have pushed the whiskey aside until Christmas Eve. Take that brain chemistry!
