Must lose weight

I have tried to use apps including this one before but never stuck with them. This time I’m much happier with it, seems easier. I was told to lose weight by my doctor. I tried to use other help but it had an over-relaxing affect and I stopped caring about weight loss. So I’m back with more determination.
