What are some routines that people choose at the gym?

Lifting lower - then an outside 6 mile run that had great hill sprints possible.
Lifting full body - then to a circuit training workout with dumbbells.
Lifting upper - then to a 45 min swim.
Spin class, and stay late and do more. Or on weekend when no classes, do my own marathon session.
When I had broken ankle - machines.
After recovery of plantar fasciitis - barefoot running on best shock absorbing treadmill.0 -
I don't, I'm a runner and i work out at home.2
